She’s back. After Grimes’s baby, and Lana Del Rey’s extended public meltdown, who among us was not wondering, where on God’s green earth is Azealia Banks? Well, on Monday, May 25, the one, true agent of chaos Miss Banks emerged from whatever hole she’s been hiding in and did what she does best: stirred the pot. But with so many scandals and controversies emerging over the long weekend, which did the “212” songstress choose to sink her teeth into first. In a surprising decision, she left Lana Del Rey and Grimes alone and chose to come for Nicki Minaj first. After telling some seriously NSFW stories about alleged encounters with Adrian Grenier and Dave Chappelle, Banks flamed Minaj for not calling out her “Say So (Remix)” partner after allegations emerged over the weekend that Doja mocked victims of police brutality with her song “Dindu Nuffin” and was involved in racist video chats. … [Read more...] about The One, True Agent of Chaos Azealia Banks Finally Speaks, Criticizes Nicki Minaj on Instagram

2020 energy ⚡️ Edit: What needs to be said, Is that this “energy” was hard earned for me this past year. And this photo is to remind MYSELF how hard I’ve worked and fought for my peace and happiness. And the truth is that I probably wouldn’t have posted it in the past.) But guess what... 2019 was awful tough. I don’t show it often, but there were so many days where I wanted to just crumble. I didn’t know if I wanted to do it or not and what was involved, and so I got to know them and what the part would be and what the movie was about, which I looked into.” (His brother’s version of the story: “All of the sudden Josh and Benny came in with Adam and they see my brother, and within one second they say to Marshall, ‘You have to be in the movie.’ The idea of using the twins, and they’re two brothers who have the same kind of symbiotic relationship, we just hit it off instantly. I felt like they were like my spouse from another generation.”) … [Read more...] about We Cordially Invite You To Meet
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is the story of a mother and daughter that works as a Godfather II–stye prequel and sequel. In one truly breathtaking sequence that really makes no sense at all, Cher — Meryl Streep’s mother, Amanda Seyfried’s grandmother — is suddenly revealed to be Andy García’s ex-lover. Grandma Cher (her character’s name is “Ruby,” but, honestly, whatever) locks eyes with the hotelier. Time stops. Suddenly Trump isn’t president, winter is not coming, my phone isn’t dying. “Mexico! 1959!” García shouts, alluding to the time of their love. (Take note: Their love story is the only suitable prequel to round out this Mamma Mia trilogy.) Cue “Fernando,” fireworks, and the audience’s applause. Reader: Cher has not one wrinkle on her face in this movie, and I can only assume it is because when you are loved by Andy García, you remain untouched by time! … [Read more...] about Are You Ready for the Summer of Thirsting After Andy García?
