After being spotted in August in 2018, the couple went on to date for nine months but, sadly, in April 2019 the pair were confirmed to have ended their relationship. Shortly after the news broke, a representative for the Good Morning Britain star confirmed the news, before Susanna went on to address the breakup herself on air.
